Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with SubGrow. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your subscription.

7-Day Free Trial

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you can explore the full features of your chosen plan at no cost. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of first payment: If you are not satisfied with the Service after your first payment, you may request a full refund within 14 days. No questions asked.
  • Service outages: If the Service experiences extended downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) that materially affects your use, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or for a plan you did not select, we will promptly issue a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Partial months of service after the 14-day window
  • Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Dissatisfaction with Reddit post performance (as results depend on many factors outside our control)
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@subgrow.co with your account email and reason for the refund
  2. We will review your request within 2 business days
  3. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment processor) and typically appear within 5-10 business days

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Billing button in your account settings or through the Paddle customer portal. When you cancel:

  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account reverts to the free plan after the billing period ends
  • Published Reddit posts remain live (they are on Reddit, not our servers)
  • Your data is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe, then deleted
