These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SubGrow (“the Service”), operated by SubGrow (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

SubGrow is an AI-powered Reddit marketing platform that helps SaaS founders discover relevant subreddits, generate content, and manage publishing. The Service includes content generation, scheduling, analytics, and monitoring tools.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate Reddit's Terms of Service or any subreddit rules
  • Engage in spam, manipulation of voting, or other deceptive practices
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access restrictions
  • Share your account credentials with third parties without authorization
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

4. Reddit Account Integration

The Service requires connection to your Reddit account via OAuth. You authorize us to post content, read analytics, and perform actions on your behalf as directed by you through the Service. You remain responsible for all content published through your Reddit account.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service is created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. We do not guarantee that generated content will achieve specific engagement results or comply with all subreddit rules.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by SubGrow. Content you create or generate through the Service belongs to you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubGrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific engagement results, or that content will not be flagged or removed by Reddit.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though published Reddit content remains on Reddit per their policies.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
